The Salvation Army worked with Herdify and Join the Dots to refine their donor targeting and explore smarter ways to reach new supporters. Herdify targeting was used for a two burst direct mail campaign featuring an initial call to action followed by a reminder to donate.
The result: In the reminder campaign, Herdify areas saw a 142% uplift in response rates and a 2.9% increase in average donation. Overall, there was an uplift in response rates, with average donation values (ADV) being 6.8% higher in Herdify audiences.
